Fixed, thanks. There's no problem in the current FRAMEWORK_3 code, so it'll be fixed either in Horde 3.0.10 if that comes out or with the Horde 3.1.0 release.

When setting up turba I was getting warnings about an error with the Net/IMSP.php script on line 2. After opening the file I noted that there was a blank line at the beginning of the file before the <?php. Removing the line fixed the warnings. [This is with the 3.0.8 tar.gz release]
