Can you try if this has been fixed with the timezone fixes in Horde 3.1.1?

I've attached one example.

This is a meeting in Chicago. My location is set to US, Chicago in Horde.

When I open the invite in Horde, I see the meeting starting at 10:00am. When I

click 'Add to Calendar' the start time changes to 12:00 and is added as 12:00

(which is wrong.)

I choose to add a meeting invite to my calendar that originates from
my own time zone and the entry is adjusted to two hours LATER than the
actual meeting time.

I've checked that my locale (America, Chicago) is correct. The invites
originate from CENTRAL time, and are incorrectly adjusted to +2 hours.
Oddly, if I add an invite from PACIFIC time, it correctly adjusts by
+2 hours. They can't BOTH be +2 hours!

Note, my webhost servers are in pacific time, but my own profile is
set correctly.
