For everybody who does not know: overview.php has to be placed into ingo/lib/Block/.

I implemented a portal block which display some information about special rules like forwarding, vacation, etc. Thus you can see, i.e. if your forwarding is activated. Enjoy! ;-) Regards, Oliver.
