A patch to locale/en_US/help.xml. Take a look at other applications' help.xml files to see how they work.

Hi there, Cool to see a ticketing system with horde. When I click "Help" at http://bugs.horde.org I can't get the drop down list above overview. Tried it with Mozilla Firefox and IE Thanks for the nice tools you are working on. Regards, Frank
