It can't work, because the string are localized (in the interface, but 
not in your patch).

I think this takes care of the relative dates in Chora (ie "42 days"), 
but I'm unable to test it.

table_sort_date sorts dates in dd/mm/yyyy and dd/mm/yy formats.   
Shouldn't it sort them according to mm/dd/yyyy and mm/dd/yy?  I think 
that accounts for the "random" sort order in the Whups summary screen.

The tables.js sorting code has some trouble with dates, it seems.

Sorting by 'Created' or 'Assigned' in the summary page is broken - the 
dates are sorted in an apparent random order.
