i'm writing the help.xml for a framework 3 base dmodule and it would be really useful to be able to display pre-formatted text in it, however this is not presently supported. this patch to the framework/Help.php file adds a handler for 'pre' and i've submitted against for FRAMEWORK_3 and HEAD
