Entries in shared address books cannot be exported, copied, moved, deleted, or edited via the "Browse" page list action menu. Analysis indicates that the shared entry key entry names use a "list:owner:key" format rather than the standard "list:key" format of non-shared address books. We have tested the attached patch in our environment as a fix for this bug. Please review and advise if you would like further information.
