I just regenerated the configurations for both Horde and IMP, and I'm still getting those messages upon login. Interesting to note is that refreshing the left frame causes the messages to disappear.

I updated again (received no changes) and I still see those messages. I updated the modules horde, imp, and framework, and I ran install-packages for the framework.
