Until we hear that the figlet version isn't enough of a barrier, let's 
go with it.

So, do we really need support for image captchas? If yes, we should 
make it a captcha library that can produce images, figlets, sounds, etc.

I think the Figlet support is sufficient for most cases. Problem is, 
that we need to develop image CAPTCHAs ourselves, because PEAR's is 
next to unusable.

Could also be used as a step for validation of new account setup, and 
for password reset requests, or password changes.  I learned something 
new tonight - I never knew what that test was called :D

Interesting thought. I actually have no idea if anyone has even 
studied how hard it is to turn a figlet-ed image into the text it 
represents programattically. :)

Add CAPTCHA support to Horde_Form so it can be used in Whups, Agora, 
etc for validating guest users.
