Hi,

I posted this to the mail.list.

Can this update be the source of the issue i'm experience.

I found out that users have to have "Administrator (admin)" Permissions "Edit"

for adding new stories or view channels at stories/index.php.

Even thou that the user have "Show","Read" and "Edit" on that channel.

If users have Admin Edit, they can edit any Internal Channels.

The menu tree for News is also effected by this.

Cleaned up to use the existing permission name/level arguments to
Auth::isAdmin and committed. Thanks!

This patch provides three functional enhancements for Jonah:

1) Fix an off-by-one error for local channels when only one article is
available (lib/News.php);

2) Define an alternative view ("Internal") to render local channels
within the Horde frameset rather than in a new (undecorated) browser
window;

3) Extend the permissions model by adding a new permission type
("jonah:admin") to grant administrative access independently for the
Jonah application, and add external channels to the permission set for
more granular access control

Please review these suggested enhancements and let me know if you'd
like to discuss further. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
