It works fine for every developer, plus there are duplicate bug 
tickets for this issue, plus you have to provide *much* more 
information about your system.

IMP can not create 8-bit folders (e.g. with Russian letters).

Also it displays that sort of folders incorrectly (e.g. 
&BCcENQRABD0EPgQyBDgEOgQ4-)
