were still being created by page name, instead of id. That's why the
permissions Jan was setting weren't having any affect. If you look at
wicked:pages children, if there's a (number) after the page name, it's
created correctly. Otherwise just delete it; it won't do anything and
needs to be re-created by id.
The other problem was we were aborting permission checks too early if
we didn't have a current page. That's why guests couldn't create
pages. Actually probably was any non-admin user couldn't create a new
page.
permissions for guests from a page they are still able to read and
edit the page!
