Here's a single patch. CVS is not my forte - sorry. I don't see that the conf.xml portion is any different, so I don't know why its not applying cleanly for you.

If you create a patch for several files (and you should do this), please don't concatenate them manually. The directory names are missing on your patch, and at least the patch for conf.xml doesn't apply cleanly to the current version.

Ugh - I guess its helpful if you use version if its set too, to make this work :D

Here's a start at modernizing the accounts portal block driver, when using LDAP. This adds a LDAP version selection option for the accounts driver.
