Images in the Wiki text of the WikiHome page don't appear if a pagename isn't part of the URL, for example, by going to the URL http://myhordeserver/horde/wicked/ . I'm attaching a patch for attachment.php that fixes the problem: if it sees that no page name has been given, it defaults to the page "WikiHome".
