Implement the possibility into IMP if a subject is without a ticket 
number, a ticket number is attached (when the user wants this).



Needs:

  - option panel to switch on/off and give a serienr. [ie.   Wil000001]

  - know latest given number

  - regexp on the subject





Advantages:

  - No need to use another ticket system

  - More function to the threat selection already in IMP
