I saw it influences only to Content-type: message header, not the
letters convertion from windows-1251 (that is the standard for Russian
Web) to koi8-r (that is the standard for Cyrillic email).

Now it is in did fixed, I had some troubles to see it, that should be
another ticket...

So, do you mean that the charset selection in the compose view is
ignored? I'm pretty sure this had been fixed already.

While login to Horde, chosen Russian --- there is no koi8 option on
logon now.
There is one on message composing now --- I can choose koi8 while
composing now.
The headers become correct koi8, but characters in message body and
subject are not koi8, but windows-1251.
The problem is, characters in the message are readable only after
converting them from windows-1251 to koi8-r or forcing the MUA to
ignore headers in favour of preferred encoding (
View-Encoding-windows-1251 ).

Now I have another trouble with Horde IMP, I upgraded it.

And what's the problem with that? We used to have two cyrillic
charsets only to be able to send emails in either of them. This is
possible without providing two different translations now.
