Fixed (will be in 4.0.4) by only generating one checkbox per page.

If you execute a search that returns search results that span folders, 
the "select all" checkbox (first item in the column header row) 
doesn't do anything.  I'd expect it to either select all of the 
messages on that screen of search results, or, as every folder has 
it's own copy of the column header row, to select all of the results 
on that page in that folder.



The "select: all" dropdown does work, and will select all the messages 
on that page of search results regardless of folder.
