Added to HEAD.  I added some help file documentation, and I
incorporated this into the old 'delete_spam_after_report' instead of
creating a new preference as the actions are mutually inclusive.

I think we're going to deploy this at UMICH.

Here's a patch to do this... I don't like the wording the pref.
Perhaps instead of having two prefs ( "move_after_spam_report" and
"delete_after_spam_report"), we should have a drop down?  Like...

After marking a message as (not)spam...

- do nothing

- delete

- move spam to spamfolder and notspam to inbox

I will second this. I currently use DSPAM to filter messages, then
maildrop to move the ones marked as spam to a subfolder. It would be
nice for the "Report as Spam" link move a mail from any folder to the
Spam folder in addition to running the hook to re-train DSPAM. I would
be fine with Imp moving a message marked as spam to the inbox, after
clicking the "Report as Innocent" link and running the hook.

In addition to  the "delete message when marked as spam"
functionality, it would be cool if IMP could be configured to move the
message marked as spam into the user's spamfolder.  Likewise, if the
user was reviewing messages in the spam folder, it would be good if
messages that were marked as innocent were moved out of the spam
folder (presumably into the inbox).
