Have you tried the release tag for IMP 4.0.3? It works in my copy from CVS

I can't reproduce this with the current FRAMEWORK_3 code.

The drop down menu displays the other folders, but regardless of setting, it only saves the outgoing message in the default sent-mail folder for that identity.
