The "Last login: DATE and Time from some.ip" message appears in the
langauage , which was used to show the login page (in my case
imp/login.php) and not by the language specified by the user
preferences. Thus, if a user choosed German as language, saved it,
loged out an in, this will be the only message which appears in
English [as far as the login page was in English]. could somebody check?
