What you are asking for are roles. And you can already use groups for 
roles. Assign once the permissions to a certain group, and you can 
then easily add and remove users from this group.

Beside that, permissions have been streamlined a bit in Whups, so that 
you can now assign certain admin permissions to individual users and 
groups that are valid across all queues.

Trying to be consistent about not assigning enhancements unless 
someone is working on them (or planning to very soon, at least).

It would be great to have a way to add a new user to all the queues 
existing in the system, and it also would be great to have "default" 
values when creating new queues, these defaults could be the 
permissions, and the users.
