Fixed in HEAD and 4.0.4.  This fix requires Horde 3.0.5+ also.

When I redirect some message to myself - message I received has broken
charset in headers. For example, in source message:

From: =?koi8-r?Q?=F4=C1=D4=D8=D1=CE=C1=20=F0=CF=D6=C9=D7=C9=CC=CB=CF?=
<ryzhik1209@mail.ru>

And in result message we have:

From: =?windows-1251?b?0KLQsNGC0YzRj9C90LAg?=

        =?windows-1251?b?0J/QvtC20LjQstC40LvQutC+?= <ryzhik1209@mail.ru>

Decoding new headers got trash.

This bug for redirection only, not for forward.
