Fixed, though could be better if Text_Wiki didn't generate an href at 
all if there was no new_link.

There is a little problem with the patch selsky provided. Just a 
missing ')' in lib/Page/StandardPage.php , my one fixes the problem...

This patch doesn't fix the question marks in read-only mode, but it 
does protect against undefined variables.  I hope this is helpful.

A user who is only alowed to read the wiki can see the 'question.png' 
images next to a word that could be a wiki site. But when this user 
click on the image he get's a page with some errors:

I think it would be better to hide this links from realonly users, 
because they don't need them....
