I have two "global" addressbooks. They're local SQL storage-types,
used by two different groups. I have set-up the permissions properly.
Group A has access to Book 1, and Group B has access to Book 2.

When a user from Group A is logged on, s/he can only see Book 1 in the
drop-down addressbook selection list in Turba.

The left-hand tree pane, however, shows both Book 1 and Book 2.
Needless to say I get errors when I click on Book 2, since Group
A-users should not have access to Book 2.
