My bad on the Horde version. I have a number of different sites. Our
production site is 3.0.3 but the site I was actually viewing test.php
on was back at 3.0.2. Have to get things synchronized....

version - it was at 2. Then it was changed to be the package version,
which is *lower*. Dumb.
But: there's also no check against the apiversion in Horde 3.0.3. So I
don't know where you're seeing this, but it's in something old.

2. The latest version I can find is 1.7.4, so this test is
highlighted as failed. But I don't think anything greater than 1.7.4
exists. I'm not sure what the minimum requirements are but I like to
have all green on my test.php's :)
