The problem still there,and i found this issue would be fixed if i change all chinese rule name into english.

Yes,in line 23 it is a spam mail collector and name in chinese,however if i remove rule 21 (from line 21 to 25) in Ingo H3 1.0 nothing is changed in IngoH3 1.01. David Chang
