There's a back to notapad button on notes but no back to tasks on task.
If anything, I'd remove the "back to notepad" button from notes. It 
completely duplicates the "List Notes/Tasks" menu item.
Buttons on note more visually pleasing in appearance in that they are on
seperate line with different formatting
The task buttons are on  a seperate line, too. Without a suggestion or 
mockup, this just seems like personal preference to me.

There are some visual differences between the non-editable task 
details and note details screens.  The note details seems to have some 
refinements that the task details screen could benefit from, therefore 
making these two screens more consistant.
