Works fine for me, maybe this has been fixed in the meantime, update to the latest version.

Create a note and go to the list of notes click on a note you will be viewing a non-editable view of it resize your browser window The behavior I have noticed is that the (complete,edit, delete) controls at the far right are obscured when resizing the window. This especially apparent if the title of the task is long. When comparing this to notes, Notes gracefully resizes much better.
