I'm affraid users will. IMHO is something Horde/IMP should handle properly.

Now, even if you don't use two windows/tabs, you still would have the 
"message not found" error for an existing message. And the extrange 
behavior about opening messages afterwards follows.



About the screenshots, no problem. I will keep them to the minimum 
both in size and amount. But, were you able to reproduce the problem 
now?

You simply can't use multiple windows (yes, tabs count) that way. And 
please try to keep screenshots to a reasonable number and size in the 
future.

And then everything went just nuts: tried to delete a message from 
Inbox, got: image ninth.

You can see the URL was /mailbox.php alone. But this I cannot 
reproduce every time, though.

Continue from seventh image.

The difference with my first report: I was using tabs in Firefox. Try 
this too: open "Test" virtual folder in another window/tab. In the 
first window/tab, go to Inbox, delete another message (you get spam, 
rigth?), and then go back to "Test" virtual folder's window/tab and 
click in any message. Will get something like images seventh and egith.

Sixth image: the result, message not found.

Fifth image: back in "Test" virtual folder. Click in any message from there.

Fourth image: the message was deleted. Nothing wrong till now. Go to 
Open Folder->test

Third image: I select and delete one message from Inbox.

Second image: the virtual folder "Test" is created (5 messages). I 
then go back to Inbox.

Ok. I do see now I did not realized I was using two browsers, but you 
should at least get the "Requested message not found." about an 
existing message.

Also, the user Johan Fredriksson <eskil@e.kth.se> reported same thing 
(though didn't give an explanation on how to reproduce the problem). 
He even sent a patch to hotde@lists.horde.org but it didn't work for me.

I apologize if my instructions to reproduced the problem was not 
accurate. Will try again, this time with screenshots! :)



First image: I login and click in the Search link. I completed the 
options as shown. Then, click in Submit.

Can't reproduce.  You will have to provide step-by-step instructions 
on how to repoduce this behavior.

Serveral problems arise after doing a search using Virtual Folders and 
deleting a message from Inbox afterwards:

- trying to open a message from any virtual folder throws several 
undefined index errors

- trying to open a message from Inbox sents me to a virtual folder 
with a message about not finding the message.
