The "Review" screen has been replaced by the "Search" screen.  I've 
just updated docs/INFO to reflect this.

According to the "INFO" file there should be a "Review" screen if the 
user has sufficient permissions. I set those (for an admin user, btw, 
why doesn't an admin automatically get max perms?) but still get no 
icon to enter a "Review". The permissions work, though, since I got 
more options now.



On a side note: Why can't I search in last years data anymore?
