It already is. Edit the options for the block.

It would be very good if it was possible to define which kind of tasks are shown in Nag portal blocks. Currently, both completed and incomplete tasks are shown. But why would I want to see old stuff there? But: For documentary reasons I can't just delete old tasks. The best solution, IMHO, would be to make that behaviour configurable.
