No. THEY host the software, THEY run the servers that keep your data, and you pay THEM for that service.

Hi, My hosting provider user horder as email front end (not sure the exact version). The problem is that my address book disappeared somehow. I've contacted the hosting provider but they said, hey it's 3rd party software, we dont support it. can you help? thanks
