Currently you can only delete a virtual folder when you are in the mail folder view mode. While a virtual folder ist shown, you can only reload or change/edit it. It would be nice to delete it. This would also help to get around bug http://bugs.horde.org/ticket/?id=1092 without touching the database, since you can select it form the drop down folder menu
