dates should now be displayed consistently. there's currently no 
mechanism for translating the dates yet, but this ticket will stay 
open to track that.

When a user views an event-invitation.ics attachment, the start and 
end dates are shown in GMT, not in the user's current time zone as set 
in Horde's "Local and Time" options.



eg: From the example email, to be uploaded shortly.

Start: Wed, 12 Jan 2005 07:00:00

End: 01/12/2005 08:00:00 AM



Also, the dates are not formatted consistently (see example above).
