whups/ticket/people.php also require to remove convertCharset() .

You are right, this is no longer necessary, and it should have been fixed in Group.php probably.

Can someone explain this patch to me? Why not convert the names in the datatree or group code? Do they even need to be converted, esp. now that we're calling getGroupName()? This just doesn't make sense to me.

in ticket operaton,these action seems missing charset convert function. whups/ticket/type.php /comment.php /queue.php /update.php patches were attached.
