i agree with you. But users are paying for administrator's time, so, we have to pay attention to their spam :(

To me this just seems like a way to spam admins even more. People who write "nothing works" in a problem report aren't going to suddenly go and take a userful screenshot.

it would be nice to attach files in the problem reports sent from horde. Im thinking in the users that normally are not very descriptiver with their problems. And administrators dealing with reports like "nothing works", etc. a screenshot would be great Best regards, IVAN
