Original schema upgrade error was on one of the rampage tables, unfortunately I didn't save the error message.

Installing Horde4 over a previous horde3 database, most things upgraded the DB schema correctly, except for Kronolith. May have failed originally due to a missing table/column. Now it shows the DB out of date for Kronolith, and attempting t upgrade produces this PHP error: Apr 19 10:05:01 server1 HORDE: HORDE [horde] PHP ERROR: Undefined variable: cal [pid 21663 on line 53 of "/srv/www/mail.**********.com/htdocs/horde/kronolith/migration/18_kronolith_upgrade_categoriestotags.php"]
