unable to delete any of my existing groups and I can't see a way of
adding new groups.
I've tried the SQL backend using 'Horde defaults', 'custom parameter'
(mysqli) and the LDAP backend. All confgurations show the same
behaviour described above.
I cannot find any group-related error entries in the php or the horde logs.
