Ok close it..
My php.ini didn't have the "date.timezone" configured, so it was using 
Paris time

I do this with new events...
I see this behavior on both Firefox and Chrome (Linux)..i can try in 
IE tomorrow.

Unable to reproduce this, though I see other errors with resizing 
recurring events.

If you move the begin/end of an event, when you drop it, it will move 
to one hour latter
