Tested on a EeePc that has IE7 and didn't see it either.. I think it was due to the compatibility mode of the IE 9 that i was using. Close it please

When you click on a Growler message, the folder list background turns white. (IE 7) I attached two images (before and after). To reproduce this, i logged in on Horde (with Imp as default app), and clicked the "last login" growler message
