I'm using the SQL group driver with Horde default driver config (database is MySQL with latin1). When I add a group with special characters in its name, it shows fine in Horde, but it seems like its name is added to the database with the wrong charset. Using phpMyAdmin, all special characaters in the Horde databases are displayed correctly, except for group names in table horde_groups.
