You enable mod_rewrite url rewriting in horde's setup, but don't have mod_rewrite enabled on your server.

The link for remote connection to the calendar: http://webmail.passiefhuisplatform.be/rpc/kronolith/wverbruggen/wverbruggen.ics is not working for us. What is working is the following: http://webmail.passiefhuisplatform.be/rpc.php/kronolith/wverbruggen/wverbruggen.ics http://webmail.passiefhuisplatform.be/rpc/index.php/kronolith/wverbruggen/wverbruggen.ics As we are also facing performance problems with the remote calendars from horde/kronolith we were wondering if it is ok to use the link as we do or are we missing something? See ~~bug 9258~~ for the performance/unstable loading of remote calendars.
