Sounds like a duplicate of either ~~Ticket #8035~~ or ~~Ticket #8287~~. I disabled maillog as in ~~ticket 8035~~ and it works now! Thank you very much!

NO cache enabled. This is a new and clean setup of horde and imp only. I have the same problem in the production one and i'm using this installation for debug purpose

Do you have caching enabled in IMP's setup?

If you delete a message selecting it and clicking the delete button using a POP3 server, the next time IMP reloads the messages list, the message just deleted appears again, but if you click on it, you see the next one. On the POP3 server side, I can see that the message is deleted and the list of messages is correctly reloaded.
