When setting up a public iCalendar I can't prevent the WebDAV HTTP
Authentication request, even though using the url to the calendar works.

For example I can see the public calendar using:
https://horde.web.site/kronolith

but when trying to access the iCal version:
https://hore.web.site/rpc.php/kronolith/username/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.ics

I get prompted for the webdav authentication and can't seem to get rid of it.
