Sorry, I looked for mnemo on launchpad, not mnemo2.

No. Please read the docs or ask the Ubuntu maintainers. We don't build 
the Ubuntu packages.

Sorry, I believe the missing table is actually called mnemo_memos as 
per http://www.bodhost.com/web-hosting/horde-database-problem/.

Are these SQL command accurate to run to create the tables?

I've installed the Mnemo package in karmic and have found that it does 
not create the necessary mnemo_notes table in the horde database.

I am unable to find any manual SQL scripts to run either.

The result is that this package is essentially broken.  Notes can be 
configured etc via the web interface, but any attempt to create notes 
or categories fails.
