Are these SQL command accurate to run to create the tables?

Summary ⇒ Ubuntu package fails to create database tables
Type ⇒ Bug
State ⇒ Unconfirmed
not create the necessary mnemo_notes table in the horde database.
I am unable to find any manual SQL scripts to run either.
The result is that this package is essentially broken. Notes can be
configured etc via the web interface, but any attempt to create notes
or categories fails.
