Well, perpage pref didn't exist in 1.0.4. Not really a bug, but upgrade script should handle this.

'perpage' hasn't gone anywhere. It's still in gollem/config/prefs.php. Sounds like a broken upgrade.

After upgrading Gollem from 1.0.4 to 1.1.1, file list is empty because of missing perpage pref.
