added to text that overflows a DOM element, but this solution does not
work on all browsers (strangely enough, IIRC, this is one of the few
CSS items that are supported by IE and not by FF/Opera/Safari).

be everytime one line because with a long subject it looks terrible.
have a look at the screenshot. maybe it is possible to shorten the
subject based on the window width and append three dots at the end
