Works fine here using GD, ImageMagick or Imagick.  Are you sure that 
the images are not being cached by your browser?

It works using imagemagick. Doesn't work using GD

Rotate Left / Rotate 180 / Rotate Right does not work.

The image on "preview changes" is not rotated, and it's not rotated if 
I click "save change" either.
