Please see attached compose1.jpg and received1.jpg. Those are from
IMP, newly discovered same problem with DIMP. Chinese characters
converted to ??? signs. Not sure if it was intermittent or server
software problem, but all PHP modules installed and other PHP
applications like PHPBB on the same server worked ok with utf8 Chinese
characters.

When logged in Horde using English as UI language and using DIMP,
encoding of sent utf-8 Chinese e-mail gets completely messed up with
all characters turned in question marks. When logged in Horde using
Chinese Traditional as UI language, the same message will get
partially messed up.

No problem with IMP.

Default configuration of the Horde Groupware Webmail Edition, with
DIMP 1.1.2 upgrade.
