Then is there a recommended way to deploy DIMP? Do people who use it have the horde sidebar showing? See conf.php: force_view. Further support questions should be asked on the mailing list.

At this point, I personally am not going to track this down. initial_application=dimp doesn't work in Horde 3.x anyway. This issue is moot in Horde 4 since dimp is no longer an application there.

It appears that waiting a few minutes and clicking "try again" brings up the page. This was not correct. I can click the back button and get to an empty page with the horde top icon bar. Sometimes clicking Dynamic Mail would bring me to dimp, but other times I got the redirect loop. I also turned on debug logging in horde. It doesn't seem too informative, but I have attached it. It looks like imp and dimp keep redirecting to each other.

DIMP is looking great. I'd like to deploy it to replace squirrelmail. I want everything to be simple for my users, so in horde/config/prefs.php I set [initial_application][value] to be 'dimp' and [show_sidebar][value] to be false. When I logged out and logged back in, Firefox gave me the redirect loop error for horde/dimp/index.php . Konqueror also finds the same problem. It appears that waiting a few minutes and clicking "try again" brings up the page. There are no errors in the apache error log. The webserver is Ubuntu 8.04 with apache 2.2.8-1ubuntu0.3. * Horde: 3.3.2 * Dimp: H3 (1.1.1) * Horde: 3.3.2 * Imp: H3 (4.3.2) * PHP Version: 5.2.4-2ubuntu5.4 What other information can I provide?
